The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) works to improve lives in Latin America and the Caribbean. Through financial and technical support for countries working to reduce poverty and inequatily, the IDB helps to improve health and education, and advance infraestructure.
With a history dating back to 1959, today the IDB is the leading source of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean. Provides loans, grants, technical assistance; and conducts extensive research.

The International Water Association (IWA) is a global reference point for water professionals, spanning the continuum between research and practice, and covering all facets of the water cycle. Through its network of members and experts in research, practice, regulation, industry, consulting and manufacturing, the IWA is in a better position than any other organization to help water professionals create innovative, pragmatic and sustainable solutions to challenging global needs.
